The repair starts with the evidence.Not with a decision.

Most repair journeys open with a question nobody can answer yet. How bad is it. What should it cost. Who should be allowed near it. Being asked to choose a route before anyone has looked at the car is how people end up with the wrong repair at the wrong price.

So Mango Renova takes the useful part first: the registration, where the car is, how far you’d travel, and five guided photos. From that, verified body shops can price real work and a Mango Renova inspector can plan a real repair.

The routes come after. By the time you choose, it’s a small decision made on real information.

You don’t need to know what’s wrong with your car. That part is ours.

06 — Trust and privacy

Calm is a design decision.

Repair anxiety usually comes from not knowing who has your details, who is judging the damage, and what happens next. So each of those is answered before you have to act.

    Your contact details stay controlled

    Body shops quote from the vehicle, the photos and an approximate distance. Your phone number, email and address go to one shop only, at the moment you accept its estimate.

    Verified body shops only

    Shops are checked by Mango Renova before they can see any work. There is no open sign-up for repairers, and no unverified shop in your list.

    Choices come after the upload

    You’re never asked to commit to a route, a shop or a price before there is real information on the table. Uploading the damage books nothing.

07 — Questions

Before you start.

The short version: nothing you do at the start is a commitment. Photos book nothing, cost nothing, and can sit there until you’re ready.

  • Do I need to create an account?

    No. Private customers start a repair and upload photos without a password. We send a secure link that opens your repair on any device.

  • Do I need to know what kind of damage it is?

    No. You’re never asked to name the damage, the panel or the repair method. The photos carry that information, and the people reading them are trained to.

  • Will body shops start calling me?

    No. Shops quote without your contact details. They can ask a question through Mango Renova, and only receive your details if you accept their estimate.

  • How long until I see prices?

    We aim for useful responses within 24 hours and show every genuine estimate as it arrives. We won’t promise a number of quotes we can’t guarantee.

  • What does it cost to start?

    Nothing. Uploading the damage and receiving estimates is free. You commit when you accept an estimate or approve a Mango Renova managed repair price.

  • Who repairs the car on a managed repair?

    A verified partner shop chosen by Mango Renova for that job, working to a plan we set. We collect the car, quality check the work and return it.

  • Can I stop after uploading the photos?

    Yes. Photos on their own book nothing and cost nothing. If you decide to leave it, nothing happens.
